The role will be located under Sales team of Packaging Adhesives sub-unit of Adhesive Technologies business unit. The incumbent will be responsible for Business Development operations for IMEA region and also Technical Customer Service operations for Turkey.

  • Business Development Manager, IMEA :
  • Actively working with Global and Regional Marketing team to identify and technically support strategic projects and KSIs (Key Strategic Initiatives) from implementation to commercialization
  • Working closely with Regional Marketing team to implement Regional Promote Range to align business all over the region
  • Monitoring CAPRIS Projects Follow premium partner’s performance in India & Turkey and technically support them to upgrade their performance and increase their technical capability
  • Managing cost reduction projects for all region and work closely with Country SU (Sub-unit) Head’s for implementation
  • Technical Customer Service Manager, Turkey :
  • Assuming responsibility for the management of product localization projects for Turkey
  • Delivering fast and accurate technical responses and recommendations to queries received from local Sales team
  • Offering technical solutions if / when customer has a problem
  • Executing online / onsite module technical training for Henkel Sales employees & customers to develop value selling approach
  • Coordination of any technical requests of Customers, Sales teams & Distributors

  • University degree from a reputable university in related field, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, MBA / Masters qualification is an additional asset
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles in managerial positions within an international organization
  • Proven track record in conducting technical training for different stakeholders such as distributors, end users, wholesalers
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Having valid driving license and being flexible for traveling abroad and within the country
