Coordinate, facilitate and lead the strategic development, tactical implementation and financial planning components of all Sales and Marketing related topics of the Brand Strategy and manage customer and other commercial activities including leading and coaching Sales Force to maximize brand sales and margin placing the patient at the center of any efforts and operating within Teva business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop sales and marketing strategy of the business unit or the responsible products with the direction of BUD in the long term and short term, with aligning with regional / global product strategy
  • Sets up team’s targets and objectives and allocate resources for all direct reports
  • Responsible for meeting sales volume target by implementing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume for each product and assisting in setting the terms.
  • Identify potential sales / service activities in order to expand the market. Sales activities also include working closely with market research in order to strategically position its products to achieve maximum market coverage and increased sales volume.
  • Develop and implement launching of new products by making reference to the global / region marketing strategy as well as making use of comprehensive research available on the domestic market
  • Assures good relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and Industry Relations by regularly contacting with them
  • Recruit and retain top talent to build a high performing team, develop and coach talent with ensuring continuous high performance.
  • Build a productive working environment, winning team culture & trustworthy relationships as a business unit manager
  • Assures the team to comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of experience in industry
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Management
  • Fluency in English, MS Office applications
  • Strong pharmaceutical understanding of therapeutic areas, treatment principles and Medical and Marketing aspects of bringing a product to market
  • Excellent Strategic communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic planning skills

  • Finance acumen & P&L ownership
  • Brand activity planning and portfolio management
