Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business.
The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal : to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.
Min 6+ years experience in a communication role
Having excellent written and spoken communication abilities
Being organized, flexible, creative and proactive
Managing multiple communications projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Being able to prioritise projects and tasks
Being able to work with a team
Having excellent writing and speaking skills in English
Experience in crisis communications a bonus
Execute an internal communication strategy, aligned with leadership and other internal stakeholders, to support brand, values, mission, culture
Lead communication projects about culture, engagement and motivation
Develop communications template including Organisation Development, Organisation Culture, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition
Build on the existing channels for employee communications to life the company’s culture and Six Values, including employee stories and advocacy
Proactively build and maintain collaborative, effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
Implement communications best practices
Encourage communication and motivation activities
Responsible for employer branding strategy and execution
Work with PR to ensure frequent posting and push on LinkedIn to strengthen employer branding for Trendyol
Support HRBP team in campus recruitment
Set periodic direction for engagement activities which reflects company core value and ongoing business directions
Develop creative programs and methods to engage employees especially during campaign season
Plan and lead monthly company events and organizations
