3M Turkey is looking for a Sales Leader who will be responsible from managing sales operation of Medical Solutions Division.
The position will directly report to Regional Sales &Marketing Manager (RSMM) of South East Europe Region.
What are your responsibilities?
The Sales Leader of Medical Solutions Division will be responsible of sales, channel and sales team supervision
Manage Channel Partners - and indirectly give guidance for their sales teams - across the Country, with the objective to retain / reinforce relationships and growing the business
Growth Programs, Sales Force Coaching, Project Pipeline, Field Activity for effective sales and activity management
Gain market share and improve sales through new customer penetration (at end-user level) and pocket share gain from channel partners.
Generate, lead and finalize projects in cooperation with RSMM and Marketing, Scientific and Market Access team (regional or local).
Have frequent interactions with other Sales Leader in the Region for sharing best practices and lead common projects.
Improve geographical coverage as a part of business strategy.
What are the qualifications that we are looking for?
15 years of sales management experience in healthcare market
Proven skillset on channel and account management
Proven track record for end-to-end project management
Solid skillset and experience on team management including field activity and project pipeline follow-up
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong written and verbal communication ability in English
