We are looking for an "Advanced Analytics & Innovation Manager" for our leading client in tech consultancy industry.
Leading a team of highly-skilled scientists and assisting them with performance management, talent development and acquisition of new talents if necessary.
Ensuring to interpret business strategy and determining innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
Performing together with Product Development Leaders to conduct insights as well as designing outputs to their work.
Ability to design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new Innovation Concepts / Technologies as well as strategies,
Leading and directing different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently,
Ensuring that R&D projects are carried out in accordance with the legislation,
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the target budget,
Monitoring team activities, monitoring and controlling their performance and reporting to relevant stakeholders,
Management and coordination of relations with all Project stakeholders involved in Research and Development activities,
Ability to coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning,
Supporting the team for the determination, planning, realization, control and completion of the necessary steps for the successful realization of the department goals.
Postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or relevant departments
Minimum 3 years of team management experience is essential together with leadership and high coordination skills
Preferably at least 8-10 years of experience on innovative solution development projects
Experience in National (TEYDEB) & Multinational (Horizon, Eureka, Celtic) Industrial R&D Support organizations
Mastering the project management methodologies and having a certificate in this regard.
Curious and inquisitive about new technologies
Filtering incoming requests and sorting them in an optimum way
Successful in conflict management
