We are looking for a HR Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.

Qualifications :

  • 3rd / 4th year student in Graduate Degree such as Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Computer Engineering, Labour Economics & Industrial Relations
  • Able to work minimum 3 or 4 days a week, preferably full time (One of the working days has to be Friday)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Result oriented and careful work follow-up
  • Analytical thinking, eager to learn
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, organized and self motivated individual and team player
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Willingness to develop expertise in all aspects of Human Resources
  • Responsibilities

  • Provide support to HR team in all HR functions
  • Updating policies / procedures / FAQ / Employee Handbook
  • Assisting actively in recruitment process and arranging interviews with the candidates, following status of candidates
  • Help to update HR database and support on general HR reports & HR tools
  • Providing operational support to all HR processes
