Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Financial & Planning Analyst" to one of our multinational leader clients in manufacturing industry.

The main goals and objectives of a Financial & Planning Analyst include the following :

  • Be a key member of a young and dynamic Turkey & Israel team providing financial leadership to the Division Management team & carry out key FP&A tasks for the division,
  • As a strategic business partner, provide decision support, governance and financial planning and analysis to drive sustainable growth, profit improvement, value creation, and efficient business and financial controls in various ERP environments,
  • Involve in some monthly and annual FP&A tasks,
  • Report directly to the Finance Director and has daily contact with the division leaders,
  • The position is based in Istanbul, Turkey,
  • Play a key role in the planning and forecasting cycles for the division, and develop annual, quarterly, and / or other periodic operating plans to drive business development opportunities,
  • Manage development of annual operating plan,
  • Develop monthly forecasts and coordinate periodic country level sales and income forecasts,
  • Develop other plans to execute on divisional objectives (sales forecasts, spending targets, etc.),
  • Manage monthly performance reporting and analysis for the divisions,
  • Proactively lead forward looking financial and business analysis to deliver and discuss relevant and actionable information. This includes :
  • Revenue and gross margin analysis including analysis of gross-to-net sales drivers, growth enablers, pricing, product and customer mix,
  • SG&A and headcount analysis, including field productivity analysis,
  • Business trends, risks and opportunities assessments (including driving action planning around alternatives),
  • Key initiatives tracking such as : price tracking, headcount, cost savings / income improvement programs, etc.,
  • Drive improvements and transparency in DSO and Capital Expenditure.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Advanced English,
  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent) university degree in finance, accounting, or other business area of study,
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in Finance,
  • Creative and decisive problem-solver skills along with an inclusive team orientation,
  • Proven success and comfort in a multi-divisional matrix organization,
  • Very adaptable to fast-growing and changing environment,
  • Good training and persuasion skills to drive analytical consistency across various associates,
  • Above average executive presence with excellent presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills.
