Function / Department : Sales
Position Title & Location : AutoSales Analyst, Istanbul
Reports to and Location : Sales Support Manager, Istanbul
Position Purpose :
Automotive Business has been growing with double digit rate and has the vision of becoming Global B$ company. To support that vision a structural change implemented in to KAM structure which is to enhance the function include the growth responsibility outside of their portfolio accounts.
To support the structural change in KAM function and implement a holistic governance for the entire sales cycle; starting from lead generation until completing implementation process, with visibility, KPI’s and early escalation processes we need a Sales Support Manager supported with three Sales Analysts assigned for each group of account leadership teams.
Team will have commercial responsibility of T2 ToH accounts, will handle commercial requests and will actively work on the lane expansions for the flows going to the existing OEM’s or T1 Customers.
Number of Countries : Europe, Morocco and Turkey
Major / Key Accountabilities :
Team will have commercial responsibility of T2 ToH accounts which are bottom 2000 customer accounts (66% of total) and 15% of revenue (22,5m$ / annum) and will handle commercial requests and will actively work on the lane expansions for the flows going to the existing OEM’s or T1 Customers.
Will validate and if necessary negotiate the cost to serve with internal parties
Generate new business opportunities Contact prospects from the office via e-mail or phone. Populate the sales pipeline. Initial contact for potential customers to clarify equipment needs.
Evaluate the size, value and timing of the opportunity.
Support for the Sales Field Team as required
Prepare presentations, offers and contract drafts for the Commercial team
Prepare client contracts and follow up signature process
Manage Credit Check for new clients
Manage a smooth handover to customer service
Manage Client Database, set up of client accounts, Blue and Gold sheet governance and compliance
Regular reporting of the field activity for management
Ensure the use of Sales Force, Quicksilver and Siebel in an adequate way
Supports field team in the reception & treatment of customer data
Supports and manages the field workflow to the appropriated area, via Siebel
Support improving the sales effectiveness of the field teams by analyzing the field activity and creating reports out of the mass information
Ensure the Field sales team is fully equipped with sales materials like brochures, presentations, promotional items.
Education : University degree in Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
Training : Negotiation, sales, customer service and remote communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in fast paced environment with commercial experience, financial measures and KPIs, strong experience in Supply Chain / Auto international organization is a must.
Worked with financial measures and KPIs.
Experience in leading and coaching a team.
Skills and Knowledge :
Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills,
Understanding of CHEP’s business processes,
Understanding of the Supply Chain,
Strong collaboration and relationship building capabilities,
Result oriented, goal aligned approach,
