Upjohn Trade Relations Specialist (Contractor)

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the coordination of Pfizer Turkey's order to cash activities.
Works closely with Finance, Logistics, Planning and Trade Key Account Managers.
Manages the monthly opening and closing processes by working closely with Upjohn Management Team.
Leads the execution of Sales and Distribution Monitoring System project. Works closely with software vendor and ensures timely integration of modules.
Designs analytical models for trend data monitoring. Ensures that the system modules work effectively and initiates necessary changes.
Responsible for the internal reporting of accounting period financials and monthly wholesaler inventory levels.
Provides heads-up sales information to Upjohn GM.
Supports business units and production planning functions to ensure effective demand planning process.
Executes sales operations for controlled products. Ensures precise distribution across wholesalers via strong analytical modelling.
Initiates continuous improvement projects for trade operations.
Responsible for SAP and Upjohn Pre-Entry Tool systems related to Trade Relations Department, ensuring that necessary changes are made.
Manages return and campaign earning invoices from customers.
Responsible from return, campaign and other accruals related to sales accounts
Coordinates customer limits with credit risk CoE
Manages Letter of Guarantees received from customers
Responsible from open account reconciliations with customers.
Responsible from monthly audit and control reports.
Being a superuser for O2C Operations in SAP and communicates with related parties in case of any issues and resolves them with the help of global teams.
Owner of e-invoice tool for customer invoices.
Responsible for master data maintenance for price, customer, product data.
Manages price difference processes, coordinated with wholesaler and Upjohn Management Teams.
Manages reconciliation processes
Controls wholesaler stock levels and provides analysis
Manages campaign approval and announcement processes (discount, free product, BDA)
Tracking wholesaler data (data flow of field sales management system)
Supports the processes between the trade relations unit and the Upjohn business units.
Manages all written communications and information with wholesaler
Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other
majors, preferably with an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or
Fluency in English and Turkish
Willingness to travel as required
Experience in managing distribution of products and market stock levels
Having strong communication skills
Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions
Experience in interacting with external customers & stakeholders and acting upon
