The team is seeking a highly skilled
Automation Tool SW Developer
to deliver automation projects to support the IP professional services delivery to Nokia’s customer base.
Work on all parts of the code-base and contribute to every stage of the product development cycle
Work closely architects and experienced engineers to deliver quality products on time
Helps to resolves complex technical design issues
Own, design and implement new software features
Helps to identify issues to improve system performance
Helps to improve and scale existing product and infrastructure
Facilitates root cause analysis of system issues
Creates software / system documentation and participates / contributes in requirements, design and code reviews
Join our team if you have :
Technical degree or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in fundamentals of computer science
Ability to write high quality code : clean, reliable, reusable code, easy to debug and maintain
Excellent debugging / troubleshooting skills are must
Hands on experience on at least one of the following high-level programming languages : Python, Java, C# or PHP (Python is preferred)
Familiarity with SCM systems (Git experience is preferred)
Fundamental networking knowledge / experience is required.
Nice to Have :
Experience on SOA or Microservices architectures
Experience on orchestration platforms (Stackstorm, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.) is a big plus
Experience with non-relational Databases (MongoDB is a plus)
Familiarity with CI / CD concepts and experience with Jenkins build and test with pipeline is a plus
Familiarity on with automation (preferably Jenkins) and automated server deployment and configuration with Docker, Chef, Ansible, etc (Docker knowledge is a plus)
Familiarity with agile development principles, and passionate to work on an agile environment
Nokia NRS1-NRS2, CCNA, CCNP etc. certification is a plus
