You will be a reliable partner for our customers and ensure the commercial success of Kuehne + Nagel. Your Responsibilities Implementing, selling and supporting information value products like KNLogin, Enterprise Visibility / myKN for customers.
and Kuehne + Nagel FreightNet with a clear objective in increasing penetration of Information Value Products (iVP) amongst internal and external customers.
Involvementing in Customer Solutions Function Go to market - offering customer facing consultancy through solutions .Training of Field Sales Force and multipliers -
including account owners in operations.Supporting Customer Solutions Function in Project Management offerings, implementation and integration / electronic data interchange projects Attending visits to SME’s (Small and Medium-
Sized Enterprise) with Sales & Business Unit colleagues to customers.Clarity (Project Admin Tool) maintenance for Customer Solutions Team in Turkey as well as communicating and supporting between other Customer Solutions Staff in and outside the region and technical support guidance.
Working & building relationships with Sea / Air / Overland business units and vertical owners within country, collaborating and building relationships with Regional Customer Solutions Team.
Supporting field sales executives across the country.Following up field sales SME account portfolio to manage and improve solution level, reducing % of none solution level accounts via Customer Retention DashboardMonitoring and measuring success of SME’s using published KPI results Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldA sound knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding or shipping, ideally specialist knowledge of Seafreight, Airfreight and Road logisticsExcellent presentation, negotiating and closure skillsStrong affinity towards customer facing information value products in general A reliable, trustworthy and serious demeanour, ability to work on your own initiative and in a highly organised wayA good knowledge of spoken and written English and native TurkishVery good computer skills, particularly MS OfficeA valid driving licence and able to travel
