Here's what you'll be doing :

  • Maintain and organize employee documents, forms, records, etc. and maintain soft and hard copy files and ensure data accuracy.
  • Keep all documents and information organized and confidential at all times.

  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes including - benefit enrollment, IT set up etc.
  • Help Talent Team on arranging interviews and coordinating Career Fairs, Tech Talks, conferences, and seminars when needed
  • Support employee engagement and the continued development of a positive organizational culture.
  • Support any ad hoc HR and office projects for the Ankara office; e.g. new system roll-outs; benefit changes; office moves;
  • events; training initiatives, etc.

  • Prepare visa documents and arrange the flights and lodgings for the people who travel abroad for business and / or trainings
  • Arrange lodging for visitors from the other offices
  • Arranging employee car stickers for the entrances in the technopolis area
  • We’re excited about you because :

  • You are a self-driven 4th-grade student (BA or MA) or fresh graduate who has demonstrated experience both collaborating with others and working independently through ambiguity and complexity
  • You have a bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • You have strong administration skills, a high level of confidentiality
  • You are familiar with business software such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • You have self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability,
  • You are humble, eager to learn, and care about Udemy’s mission to improve lives through learning
  • You have the flexibility and willingness to learn
  • You enjoy working with people
  • You have the ability to work as part of a team, to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • You are fluent in English both written and verbal
