Overall responsibility for commercial plan and category AC delivery (across all categories)
Overall responsibility for the sales strategy within the market.
Overall responsibility for managing the trade investment strategy for the market, and execution
The sales training & development plan
Right Store strategy and plans
Organizational effectiveness (structure and design)
Execution of COE initiatives and tools (e.g. WiSE)
Owns the mechanism of the delivery & logistics of supply sales with all relevant materials (e.g. POS, sales aids etc)
Owns the efficiency and effectiveness of Route Planning
Define the specific strategies and plans for each of the areas owned
Input into the COD process and participate as appropriate
COD (strategies / tools / WoW) into CoEx)
Driving critical sales operations & communication capabilities within sales organization of perfect store.
