Job Description :
Solution Manager is responsible to ensure a high-quality standard in proposals issued by the Solution Management Team for assigned opportunities.
Designs technical solutions for technology transformation, workplace services, infrastructure and application services, public and private cloud systems, based on customer requirements in line with Atos portfolio items.
Reviews and validates requirements of new and existing clients.
Vendor-specific experience in technologies are also expected (e.g. Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure for public / private cloud)
Experience in designing T&T and service phases of all state-of-art and legacy IT Outsourcing service components. Special focus around Atos’ target pillars.
Analyzes customer provided documents together with supported information.
Assigns workload to Solution Architects and manage towards a coherent Priced Solution in line with the Solution Strategy.
Ensures the integrity between compliance and cost / price level. Understands the contract unit pricing and the impact of the demand on the ongoing priced volumes.
Manages and leads customer relationships technically and act as a technical advisor to client. As a result, develop fertilization opportunities for existing clients.
Maintains relationships with relevant external suppliers as required for developing Solutions. Creates business cases for provided solutions for a winning contract.
Follows Atos review and approval processes for qualification, strategy, solution, offer, contract and hand-over phases.
Reviews and contributes to lessons learnt processes.
As side skills, considering that the profile will work very closely with different profiles in bid teams, side-experience in below capabilities are expected to the required extent;
