Duties & Responsibilities
Supportingmanagement in development of budget and forecasts, initial build of financialplans and leading the coordination of planning process with COE (Center ofExcellence).
Coordinatedata collection & information sharing between departments and provideinsight and support in the presentation and interpretation of monthly resultsat a business / departmental level
Acting as a finance business partner, supporting thebusiness to deliver profit targets and understand the business processes,including related risks and controls
Ensuringfinancials are sufficiently detailed and insightful to allow effectivemanagement. Analysing financial and operational results to betterunderstand company performanceWork in projects and ad-
hoc analyses to help themanagement decision making process in line with the short and long termstrategies
Participate in month-endcorporate financial closing / reporting processes by complying withthe US GAAP standards and being pro-
active to review and challenge
Detailedfinancial analysis or modeling on ad-hoc basis
Workwith COE and shared services on improvement projects on standardization ofreporting and processes
Ensuredepartments comply with finance and SOX compliance requirements
Takeownership of reporting packs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement andtaking the initiative to investigate trends to deliver valuable insights
Participatingin projects at different stages of implementation for area of expertise
Collaborate withgroup supply chain team as well as local analysts
Universitydegree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments
Minimum 3-5years of financial planning, audit and / or US GAAP reporting experience in internationalcompany preferably within a matrix organization with shared service centerand center of excellence
Experiencein business partnering
Fluentwritten and spoken English
Strongknowledge of Microsoft Excel
Goodunderstanding of the commercial drivers of the business
Strongmodelling and analytical background, with good attention to detail
