Job Description :
Support and guide employees about HR practices, processes and systems
Support Business HR Team with process development and improvement for related HR applications & tools
Provide support to HR Team in day-to-day operations for all HR life cycle processes
Take active responsibilities in department projects
Give support on L&D projects and on making training arrangements in line with annual training plan.
Support Business HR Team in talent movements in the business, implementing talent retention strategies, providing appropriate & efficient solutions
