Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are currently looking for a ’Executive Assistant ’ with the following qualifications for our client which is one of the leading global company in İstanbul, Hadımköy .
Perform core administrative tasks, for example, managing calendars, booking travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, overseeing budget management;
Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation;
Attending meetings when needed, ensuring that any documents needed for meetings are prepared;
Setting up meetings, including appraisals, inductions, manager's business meetings, conferences.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (EXPAT) ;
University degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage;
Extensive experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and softwares;
Excellent organization, multi-tasking and communications skills;
Fluent in English- comfortable in both written and oral communication.
