  • Product Specialist are responsible for supporting the Elekta sales team by providing Product Demonstration and clinical expertise where needed during the sales process.
  • Product Specialist will also be directly responsible for KOL managements. Promoting Elekta products with KOL’s management is needed. Responsibilities -

  • Support exhibitions, conferences and seminars when required providing product demonstrations
  • Support the local sales teams with clinical presentations and demos when requested
  • Support Sales team with product knowledge for tenders
  • Act as a conduit between customers and Elekta capturing needs relating to training and / or product performance and report to the appropriate channels
  • Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction
  • KOL management
  • Create and maintain records related to pre-sales activities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, service offerings, products integration
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialities Authorities - To create quotes according to the regional managements guidance To make product demonstration according to Elekta official trainings Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies - Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in an Oncology discipline, with a radiotherapy physics degree highly desirable Experience gained within a medical radiotherapy (linac, OIS, TPS, advantage to also have a working knowledge of Brachy, and Neuro product range of Elekta).
  • Clinical Experience would be an advantage. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English is essential Clinical Experience would be an advantage.

    Have an understanding of Salesforce (CLM) or equivalent system Highly developed analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven success in a medical environment.

    Business to Business management Must be willing to travel as required (up to 50%) Experience in a quotations role for Capital medical equipment for international sales in TURKEY,IRAN &PAKISTAN
