Responsiblefor performing all daily administrative duties in the office of the GeneralManager of Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul and Regional Vice President Turkeyfor Accor Luxury Brands

Composes,edits and types internal and regional correspondences

Translates(Turkish / English) verbally and in writing

Schedulesappointments and travels, travel approvals and completes the related expensereports

Resolves andfollows up guest problems directly or refers to appropriate department

Exhibit confidentiality, discretion,tact, diplomacy and professionalism

Have a good and effectivecommunication skills

Contribute to the team and fulfilldepartmental goals and processes

Able to take own initiative anddistinguish priorities

Perform additional dailyadministrative & operational duties to be detailed during the interview

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a passion for perfection and work in a dynamic environment.

In addition, the candidate should possess :

  • Excellentcommand of English
  • Universitygraduate

    Proficient inMicrosoft Office applications

    At least 2years of similar experience in a multinational environment and / or in a hospitalitysector is a plus

    Self-motivated,good human relations and problem solving skills, analytical, team player,punctual and organized
