Prepare overall and departmental budget statements by closely working with stakeholders to create high quality forecast as required;
Follow the detailed analysis of actual vs. budget performance and proactively guiding the business units where necessary to minimize the variances;
Participate the design of controlling activities and manages these activities by closely working internal and external stakeholders;
Perform monthly / quarterly reports to high management and investors.
Participate in local and international financial transformation projects in a rapidly growing company;
Bachelor's / Master's degree from a top school with a study in Engineering, Economics or Business department;
High level English & Turkish proficiency;
At least one year full time / internship experience in Finance department
Good understanding of financial modelling and ability to recommend or make improvements;
Ability to understand business drivers of company and link business drivers to financial modelling;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills;
Courage to face with ambiguity and uncertainty.
