Provideadministrative assistance to HR, Legal, Country Management Teams
Supportingall HR Processes
Bookingtravels, flights, accommodation, organizing visas
Arrangingmeetings / trainings / events including booking facilities / rooms, catering whennecessary helping agenda
Processingof expenses, invoices, purchase orders within the team
Creatingreports when requested and needed
Buildingrelationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ad hocadministration duties
Qualifications : Universitygraduate
Good commandin English
A backgroundin team support position within a Corporate environment
Technicallysavvy and adaptable to changing environment
Team playerwith strong communication skills
Good ITskills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Strongorganizational skills and ability to multi-task
Can do attitude, self-motivated, reliable and efficient
Proof of atleast 40% disability
