In Analytics & Insights, we combineanalytics and insights to directly influence business strategy, product design,pricing, media investments, retail, go to market strategy and much more! We useour boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, andhow we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-

depth analysis, andgood research. We use state of the art analytics tools to dig deep in the data,identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of investments likeadvertising and in store promotions.

We use big data sources and analytics tounderstand consumers, markets, and retailers. We answer questions like : Whatshould our brands stand for?

Who are our target shoppers? How do we best reachthem? How can we create exciting in-store and online shopper experiences andwhat is next?

In this role, you will be part of multi-functional business team,working closely with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and others,constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.

You will explorehuman decision-making and how the brain works deep-dive into big data sets tospot patterns and build insights to shape P&G's business strategies Youwill grow your skills day in and day out, and connecting with internal andexternal experts to explore new ways to learn.

We are looking for :

  • University graduate with good commandof English both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analyticalskills and passion for continuous learning, "can-do" attitude.
  • Beable to work in a reciprocal and dynamic work environment; lead meetings andcommunicate effectively with a multi-functional team.
  • Act as a business ownerwith great sense of urgency and focus on priorities with a continuous improvementmindset and operate with discipline.
  • Creativity, innovation, initiative,follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
  • A statisticalqualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis is needed.
