QUALIFICATIONS

  • Applied knowledge of C&B
  • Reporting and financial acumen
  • Knowledge in HR Processes
  • Excellent understanding of HRIS
  • Knowledge of Workday or other HRIS would be a plus
  • Experience in working with global / virtual teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish essential
  • Min 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
  • JOB DESCRIPTON

  • Prepare and control payroll data, work with outsource support company regarding payroll management
  • Monitor the headcount budget and prepare monthly reports
  • Prepare the data necessary for social reporting in connection with HR Director
  • Provide information for the HQ and auditors for C&B topics.
  • Provide guidance to line managers / employees for the compensation policies and practices
  • Present statistical data for monthly headcount & budget reports, and provide data for related HR KPIs
  • Follow the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keep organization abreast
  • Supportrecruitment, training and employee satisfaction processes
  • Education Level
