Ensuring to reach the targets of all MI product’s stock, distribution, sales, profit / loss, providing and environment which will lead to increase in profit and sales, generating ideas, reading sales logic to the team, finding solutions which will lead to sales increase and sharing with executives.
Managing and using the required resources of the assigned field. Arranging the responsibilities according to the priorities and following up with transmission to the team.
Establishing strong communication with executives about company resources and activities, implementing and enforcing the orders and procedures.
Making research in order to evaluate the market movements, gaining updated information regarding the competitors, sharing with the executives, taking decisions and arranging information for actions which will effect the region’s MI sales.
Developing projects regarding the attained region or subject and sharing it with the executives or supporting the special projects by taking part in it.
Activating the implementations of the health and security of the team by giving maximum attention to the health and security procedures.
Being responsible from the protection and security of the equipment which are keeping company information.
Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales team’s criteria, sales, return, collection, in-store availability, visuals and route, warning distributor and giving forward about the team member who is not fulfilling the criteria, notifying the team member to the executive who is leading a financial loss, acting according to the sales procedures and checking out the current accounts and warning distributor about account activities and acting in accordance with company procedures.
Experienced in distributor system.
At least 3 years working experience in sales or related department at FMCG sector
At least graduated from high school with minimum 1 year experience in field sales at FMCG sector or without any experience holding B.
A degree (4 year education)
Taken part in projects which aims to increase field sales and team performance.
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and priority setting
Ability to work independently and problem solve
Holding B class driving license and possessing driving experience
For males, completion of military service.
Competency in MS office
Minimum 1 year team execution with financial responsibility
