What you will do :

  • build relationships with clients;
  • cooperate with the largest brands from the e-commerce market in Turkey;
  • meet clients face to face regularly to ensure premium customer service;
  • create remarketing strategies based on data analysis;
  • respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • regularly report on a campaign status and provide improvement ideas;
  • assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
  • develop professional technical knowledge by attending international training sessions.
  • Requirements :

  • experience (min 2-3 years) in managing online advertising campaigns;
  • preferably previous experience working for AdTech, advertiser or agency (online area);
  • bachelor’s degree;
  • ability to build and maintain client relationships;
  • ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • high level of motivation and willingness to learn;
  • positive, can-do attitude;
  • fluency in Turkish and English;
  • good knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • knowledge of other MMPs essential (Adjust, Appsflyer);
  • No military obligations.
