Fluency in data analysis and communication around data, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPI strategy for your business.
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Engineering or related fields
1-4 years experience in a data engineering, data analytics, business intelligence or similar role
Familarity with Python, R or other scripting language experience combined to good mathematical and statistics foundations
Proficient with data layers, data objects and other modern implementation concepts
Familiarity with Analytics Platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Analysis experiences with distributed data technologies (e.g. BigQuery, Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
Strong knowledge of e-commerce() & two-sided marketplace() KPIs and how they can be defined
Evangelize data knowledge and insights : manage communications with your stakeholders and other teams, collaborate with both technical and non-
technical colleagues to complete data projects and ensure all parties can use the insights to further
analytical frameworks to measure team success : partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data and troubleshoot errors, quantify and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all colleagues to understand these
data processes - provide the team with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business
Demonstrate critical thinking for potential roadblocks; comprehend a bigger picture of the business and effectively communicate these issues to the greater data organization
Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that adhere to solution designs and schema
Develop in-depth analytical (user) understanding for what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
Own in-depth analyses of Trendyol customer behavior across multiple device categories, and lead insight generation
Invent and innovate Tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations
