RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enrich data by coordinating requirements with BI teams
  • Enrich out-of-DWH data (e.g. Excels, Sharepoints) by adding new data sources used internally in COPS and automate feed mechanism
  • Build heatmaps, dashboards and other visualization presentations from DWH sources using BO and data presentation tools
  • Ensure data quality used by customer operations Insight team
  • Optimize Business Objects queries for the best performance
  • Automate analytics and predictive alarms / triggers
  • Coordination with Big Data and BI teams
  • Run ad hoc customer and channel analysis for the innovative ideas based on insights,
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree in a computer / statistics / maths / engineering disciplines
  • Good level of English
  • Excellent level of Logic, Analytical and Critical thinking capabilities
  • Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent level of SQL knowledge
  • Excellent level of Knime OR SPSS knowledge
  • Excellent level of using Business Objects
  • Previous experience with DBA tools (frontend / backend) and third party tools is a plus
  • Ability to source, analyze data and use related tools (Excel, Business Objects)
