We are looking for 'Talent Partner' who will be able to partner with the business managers to attract, select, retain and advance our internal and external candidates to ensure effective implementation of ABB s Business Strategy in Dudullu location.

Your responsibilities

  • Driving the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate attraction, assessment & selection, interviewing, communicating and offering by actively partnering with the respective ABB Businesses and HR team.
  • Defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing HR processes and procedures within area of functional responsibility in alignment with ABB Group guidance, policies, and procedures.
  • Promoting Talent Advancement activities within the businesses as well as ensuring career and development opportunities of our employees by searching within our internal Talent Pools.
  • Driving Employer Branding activities locally and online, University relationships, Early Talent and Trainee Programs etc.
  • where required, to boost ABB’s Employer Brand.

  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation and HR policies and compliance standards within Talent Acquisition.
  • Actively managing Cost Budget in line with respective targets to ensure compliance.
  • Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruitment, Talent Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities in an internationally operating company.
  • Experience with interviewing, conducting personal inventory assessments and providing feedback.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, SAP is preferable.
  • Proactive, result oriented, self-motivated, customer focused, strong in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Completed military service for male applicants.
