Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the T&C managers deployed on the S&I projects across the region. Also to review and update procedures and processes as needed.
Finally, it is to support tender team for the list of activities needed for the project being tendered for the purpose of costing.

Installation interface management
Review the existing T&C process for System and the following subsystems :
Work with the System and Subsystem platform for the updates if necessary for the existing processes or work with the central organization for the creation and deployment of the new processes.
Create a training program for the T&C organizations in the region for the proper deployment of the processes.
Review the current processes related to the Engineering, Requirements, OPC, Installation, T&C, Safety, DFQ etc. Work with all the stakeholders to streamline the processes for efficient execution of T&C in the region.
Provide Training to the T&C resources for the processes in the region for the proper understanding and execution.
Review the scope of the existing projects in the region against the planned T&C activities and recommend any improvements for the efficient execution of the projects.
Review workload for each project and identify needs for adding resources or to provide training to the resources.
Embed in the existing project teams in the region and provide mentorship for creating the planning and structure for the planned T&C activities.
This might require some travel or relocation to a site for a period of 3-6 months.
Work with the HR and Central organization for the induction training related to the T&C for the new hires.
Provide mentorship to the young talent and develop their skills for the future managerial roles within the T&C organization.
Provide support during tender for the review of the RFP. Support creation or validation of the documents produced for the response of the RFP.
Advanced University Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Knowledge of railway systems, minimum 10 years’ experience working in test and commissioning phase of the projects
