AdColony, the world’s premier mobile video ad network and an innovation leader in HD mobile video advertising is looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Istanbul.

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage the knowledge of our team’s hiring needs and search requirements, to effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful. Responsibilities;
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including but not limited to;
  • Verifying specifications of the job descriptions
  • Posting positions
  • Screening and short-listing candidates
  • Interview preparations
  • Gathering closing documentations
  • Administration of offer & approvals
  • Including coordinating background checks for all position
  • Consult with Sr. HR Manager on specific staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, background check standards, and agency resources
  • Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and human resources staff
  • Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods including LinkedIn, Google Hire exploratory interviews and other forms of networking
  • Maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings
  • Required Qualifications;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a full-cycle recruitment role, especially in the digital industry (mobile or technology)
  • Knowledge of related business issues, trends and best practices as it relates to talent acquisition
  • Proven ability and comfort in thinking outside the box, effectively sourcing passive candidates, and establishing a deep network of talent in key functions
  • Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking;
  • ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
