Job profile summary :
BP Turkey is looking for five Training Specialists to fill the roles based in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa and Adana.
The post holder is expected to perform training for site staff and create the Active Team weekly plans.
On-going and strong partnership with the related functions (Customer Service, Marketing, HSSE, Logistics, Retail Sales, Agency) is expected to train site staff.
This role will contribute to service quality increase of Fuels Turkey through theoretical and practical training.
Job Advert : Responsibilities :
Provide classroom and field training to the site staff in line with the training modules.
Ensure full yearly training for site staff and managers to create awareness of BP HSSE standards and increase overall service quality in the forecourt and market areas.
Analysis, monitoring and reporting of activities and practices supporting the training agenda,
Prepare yearly, monthly and weekly training and trip plans.
Inform the site manager and officials about the service standards and the HSSE and report these visits.
Prepare yearly, monthly and weekly activity plans of active teams.
Read and approve the reports of Active team members.
Keep track of the actions determined by Active team as weekly and ensure that the actions are closed.
Focus on improvement of performance at sites to maximize Mystery Motorist program Scores.
Prepare a quarterly report about the results of Mystery Motorist program and define the actions for increase of performance level at sites with Territory Managers.
Control the fuel tankers and perform training to tanker operators which are supplied from the BP terminals, comply with the HSSE standards.
Report the feedback and results of the completed training with Territory Managers and dealers.
Provide reporting of training activities.
Enter the training data to the Training Tracking System.
Prepare and implement training forms.
Make work analysis about the work done by the staff in sites (forecourt staff, cleaning staff, Shop staff).
Determine the recruitment criteria of the personnel to be employed at the sites and ensure that the dealers select the staff who meet these criteria
Carry out all the activities of the training centers in which he / she is responsible.
Essential criteria :
Experience in training (3+years desirable)
Oil and gas industry experience
Full mobility within Turkey
Excellent MS Office skills in PowerPoint particularly
