    Manage recruitment and termination processes for all brands

    Coordinate onboarding project for office employees

    Responsible for performance tracking for office employees

    Taking an active role for Recognition and Reward Projects with the Motivational Activities

    Tracking turnover monthly and quarterly, sharing results to with managers and doing projects to decrease turnover

    Leading Global iMentor (Reverse Mentoring) Program Project for office employees

    Reporting Exit Survey Analysis and 2 nd & 6 th Month Satisfaction Survey Analysis periodically and leading projects about business’s needs

    Responsible from HR Analiytics (Preparing presentations and KPI analysis periodically)

    Manage Learning & Development processes

    Responsible from MY ELC application content for Turkey Affiliate

    Responsible for updating OneSource & HRCT systems monthly to ensure all employee information is captured and supporting managers in making changes in the system

    Update EMEA SharePoint with Organization Chart for Turkey Affiliate on a monthly basis and reporting to global team

    Responsible from University Activities (Office Visits, Career Weeks, Mock Interviews, Panels etc.)

    Responsible from HR SAP processes

    Fluent in English

    Organizational management skills
