As a Customer Services & Logistics Planner you will conduct and transact Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the Local Operating Company (LOC) and outbound to its first trade customers in to achieve optimal Customer Service levels.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Planning & Coordination of logistics activities like Transportation, Customs clearance, VAS activities, Warehousing and Distribution
  • 3PL and contract management
  • Coordination Importation permits&renewal processes
  • KPI tracking / Weekly-Monthly Reporting, Organizing supplier review meetings
  • Process improvement and optimization at logistics operations
  • Being involved at Local / Regional projects & Cost to Serve Projects
  • Logistics cost control & projection
  • Supporting GSK warehouse team & 3PLs for SAP related issues as a key user
  • Working with procurement, other relevant teams about logistics services / products (carton,leaflet..etc) purchasing processes

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

  • University graduate, Preferably from Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management areas or Relevant practical experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service operation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Turkish
  • Knowledge of Logistics Operations (Transportation, Customs, Warehousing&Distribution, Value added activities(Exp : Repacking,Serialization), Logistics KPIs tracking,.
  • etc) & Understanding of SCM

    Preferred Qualifications :

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

    Minimum 3 years experience, Pharma Industry experience is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and interface with all level of staffs internally and externally.
  • Good knowledge of Logistics related modules of ERP systems and processes. Knowledge of SAP ECC is an advantage.

    Advanced at MS Office Programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerBI )

    Project management skills, and knowledge of Project management IT tools
