Trade Marketing Senior Specialist - Retail-İST00009NWe are seeking a Trade Marketing Senior Specialist - Retail with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Trade Marketing Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

  • Manage the Vodafone Store Staff Rewarding Program’ to increase sales staff loyalty and reduce turnover
  • Manage the Online / Digital Platforms (App, Web etc.) for the successful execution of the Loyalty Program
  • Generate new projects to enhance Customer Experience in Stores
  • Enable in-Store digital tools for best in class Digitalised Retail
  • Adopt best global retail practices to the local level in connection with Vodafone Group
  • Coordinate retail & trade marketing Agencies for the execution of digitalisation actions
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience in stores
  • Specify the budgetary needs to actualise planned projects, make optimum use of the budget.
  • Pay periodical visits to Vodafone Stores in Turkey, to execute sales and trade marketing actions in response to the requirements of Dealers and Store staff.

  • University Graduate from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines
  • Min 2 years of experience in commercial departments (ie sales, marketing, trade marketing or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance business relations both externally and internally
  • Advanced Office Program Skills (specifically Microsoft Excel and Power point)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Customer oriented mind-set and customer experience focus
  • Potential to embrace Vodafone way of Working (Speed, Simplicity, Trust)
  • No restriction for mobility
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
  • Specific experience in stakeholder, agency or similar 3rd party management
  • Experience in sales channels management (retail, distributor, wholesaler, etc)
