ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
In partnership with Distributor Operations and Key Accounts Sales Team, achieve monthly sales targets by;Supporting annual budget planning for the channelCascading monthly targets according to demand plan and transfers to Data & Technical Mngt
Supports Customer Thought Leadership action plan for Key distributors
Monitors distributor inventory levels on a monthly basis and recommends areas of improvements
Increase ND and Win in shares across regions
Control and monitor TS while eliminating low ROI activities
Route To Market; Drive numeric distribution expansion;Works with channel managers and design models to increase quality distribution (subD, pharmacy, gas stations)Controls and improves direct coverage via customer master data quality, Sales Reps routes & productivityEnsures secondary sales resources are optimizedDesigns Sales Reps incentives and deploys trainings for secondary sales force
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES :
Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative, autonomy and speed
Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions (internal) and customers (external) in an ambiguous environment
Effective interpersonal and active listening skills
Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks / projects to meet deadlines
Must have strong planning / organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, and Email)
Advanced level of English
3-5 years of Sales Operations Experience in FMCG is preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES :
Understanding of Power BI or web-based programs like Univera etc.
Multi-function and multi-tasking abilities
Team building skills
Self-starter, acting with integrity
