Develop the strategy and the relevant tools to start and manage eCRM program in coordination with brand teams
Be responsible for the smooth running and completion of projects across eCRM, SEM, and social media maximizing online interaction (FB, Instagram, You Tube, Linked-in )
Manage a roaster of partners : digital and CRM agencies, creative talents and influencers to get best support
Track actions and results through dedicated dashboards : media, eCRM, social media, brand impact
Take responsibility for managing significant digital marketing projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and scope
Graduated from reputable universities’ business administration / commercial faculties.
Turkish as a mother language and advanced written and oral English is a must.
Able to travel locally and internationally
Ready to work in flexible hours with night out visits
Min 5 years of proven experience in a cutting-edge agency, in a leading digital player; or a similar role in a consumer goods, Luxury or retail industry
Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to develop brands and business
Experience of digital content management
Experience in eCRM management and activation
Good knowledge of database management
Familiarity with brand marketing sites and social media assets (FB pages, mobile apps, )
Search engine knowledge : SEM, SEO
Media planning, programmatic buying experience
Experience in developing digital activations (from design and development through execution and measurement)
Experience with measuring digital activations and programs : analytics, targeting, segmentation, consumer and business insights
Leadership in driving several agencies in working together.
Creative, technology savvy with a true interest in brands, passionate about new technologies and media
Result driven, energetic, self-starter
