Job Description :

Deliver the Net Revenue and gross margin AFP target at Levi’s Footwear and Accessories for all sales channels and underwear for O&O Channel through building and maintaining strong customer partnerships and brand equity, Complete yearly LFA planning across the business needs, the successful incumbent will be responsible from the following :

  • Pro-actively deliver NR and gross margin targets by maximizing productivity for LFA and underwear categories at all related channels
  • Analyze the NR and gross margin data with financials in detail to identify opportunities to take necessary actions parallel to company priorities and objectives with regular reporting
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy of LFA and underwear with effective planning by collaborating closely with Planning to optimize stocks levels at DC and at customer level avoiding the stock-outs
  • Build the LFA and underwear assortments that are fully in line with market requirements with close partnership with Planning and sales team to work and agree on the purchase budgets
  • Attend product line meetings and organize sell-in / assortment presentation meetings with sales team
  • Planning consolidation of buying plans and transferring plans to buying department and tracking shipment during the year
  • Successfully manage a diverse regional customer portfolio by regular visits to customers and the stores across Turkey
  • Manage the multi task business area with key facts, regular updates to Managing Director, prioritization of the tasks and finalizing on the deadlines
  • Build a long term strategical and sustainable partnership with the customers for LFA to provide customer and consumer satisfaction
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business area or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of experiences in retail category planning preferably in apparel company
  • Pragmatic and commercially driven
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure.
  • Strong customer relations and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build strong business relationships
  • Analytic and multi-tasking
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications especially Excel
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
  • No travel restrictions
