Assumingresponsibility for the Adhesive Technologies business unit for Pattex brand
Designingand developing successful brand strategy for the responsible brand portfolioand ensuring successful execution of the strategy in line with business goals
Planning yearlythe sales, volume, profitability and marketing budget for respective brands
Cooperatingwith Trade Marketing & Sales teams to drive successful execution
Developingbrand strategies and define right marketing mix, based on trends, marketstructure and targets
Planning ofmarketing campaign and promotions for new launches
Set upcategory plans with assortment and placement strategy closely cooperating withsales team
BSc / BA inIndustrial Engineering, Business Administration or in a relevant field, MBA orMaster’s degree is desirable
Up to 3years of experience in marketing in an FMCG company with end-to-end brandcommunication responsibility, ideally within the multinational environment
Excellentoral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interacteffectively with all levels of management
Competentin problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to workwith a variety of people
Advanceduser of MS Office applications
