  • University degree preferably in marketing, business administration or medical field
  • At least 10 years of related experience within Abbott or within the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with an ability to influence at all levels and build constructive relationships with key stakeholders resulting in win : win outcomes
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver key messages with impact
  • Analytical and data-driven approach is essential to read the current situation in order to suggest innovative tailor-made recommendations to drive sales and optimize costs
  • Leadership, team building, and coaching skills
  • Business communication skills enhanced with good verbal, written, presentation, planning, and organizing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of business and project management
  • Responsibilities

  • Drive the business by optimizing go-to-market approach and internal processes
  • Responsible for defining and leading sales efficiency indicators through appropriate analysis between sales and marketing and manage projects across functions to execute integration and execution
  • Implements and manages sales force and marketing excellence through training, learning & development of all sales force and marketing team
  • Coordinate congress investment and participation in an efficient & effective way
  • Create value propositions to support and build a competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team
  • Build brand & market strategy, manage budgets and stakeholder responsibilities of patient compliance programs in collaboration with sales and medical team
  • Contributes to sales and marketing strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth
  • Lead resource in bonus design and calculations
  • Creates the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyze and use market-level data to better understand the current competitive environment;
  • identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team

  • Contributes to sales and marketing strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes by interpreting and communicating key trends and recommendations on business opportunities related to those trends.
  • Drive the Sales & Operations Process by moving towards a commercial-driven mindset in order to both drive Sales and realize cost savings.
  • Carry out gap analysis of current sales structure and strategy.
