Keeps records of incoming and outgoing store items
Reorders items following par stock.
Supervises store keepers
Takes inventory of stores at the month end.
Provides strictly cooperation with Purchasing, Accounting and other departments
Keeps storerooms clean, orderly and properly locked.
Prepares daily market list
Controls the daily receiving sheet.
Issues the monthly report of the slow moving items.
Keeps the store items according to the minimum and maximum stock levels.
Spot-check and market comparison for purchased items.
Controls repair and maintenance invoices and checks the prices.
Makes control in purchasing department and receiving office to ensure procedures and policies are strictly followed.
Makes sure that the price check and quantity with quality of orders against invoice or delivery dockets are done.
Control new suppliers’ invoices in order to avoid any fake documents.
Provides positive attitude to all members within the Departments.
Handles administrative work, which is related to his assignment.
Performs other duties assigned by his / her supervisor.
