IDVSD Product Application Engineer (PAE)
Provides technical support to the field sales force by bringing deep or specific product and application knowledge in order to help : understand customer design, configurate & put Schneider products in the customer specifications, convert an existing specification and close a deal.
IDVSD Operational Offer Manager / One Product Family (PM)
In Operations, for one Strategic Product Family
Understand and shares Offer Strategy with the Business Unit to adapt and execute it locally.
Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment.
Support Sales Offer strategy execution.
Collect and give to the Business Unit all Business information.
Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP²) process.
Know LV / MV Drives portfolio
Offer promotion on UVPs
Select & size drives option to match customer’s needs
Know competitors and their offers
Understand applications / energy saving
Presentations & training skills
PAE Technical persons
Understand and train APM integration, use of selector, simulator, configurator, technical excel tools, spare parts selector, demo materials and booking too
Understanding advanced drive functionalities e.g. hoist, pump curves, energy saving, Master / Slave, Start up and basic commissioning,
Basic Marketing trainings, PAM, TAM, market studies, SWOT analysis, TP, CSC, MarkDown
Understand and use of drive relevant marketing process, Knowing ICO team and responsibilities,
Knowing key players in drive business
