As The Marmara Collection we are looking for a Learning & Development Function Head to join our team.
Job Description :
Prepare annual training plans upon the departments’ training needs
Design and execute scheduled trainings for the subjects predetermined including orientation
Determine the right training company and right trainer for the trainings when needed
Track training performance via regular surveys and ensure continuous improvement
Manage all process for individual development plans via providing support to create and to execute individual development plans, tracking and reporting
Plan and manage Training Budget
Create a pool for in house trainers and make use of this pool in the most efficient way
Report all trainings and make sure execution of the training plans are in line with the KPIs
Responsible for the operations of online training platform
Cooperate with Health & Safety Expert and Company Doctor for Fire, Health & Safety, First Aid and Food Hygiene trainings
6-8 years’ experience delivering training within a broad variety of training subject (including training needs analysis, planning, designing, measuring and evaluation) (Preferably in a hotel chain)
University degree (Preferably Hospitality, Tourism Management or Education)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Good team player with excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic about training
Excellent level of all commands of English & Turkish
Analytical thinker, proactive, great organizational skills
