What are my responsibilities?
Support Service Operating Manager in coordinating onside technicians and relevant business tasks (planning of employees, shifts etc.)
Support Maintenance Management Team in process development (Siemens Milestones, Requirements, and Quality Gates etc.)
Responsible for internal communication with Project Management Team in Erlangen / Germany and Regional Office in Istanbul
Responsible for external communication with Customer, management and monitoring of open requirements
Prepare monthly reports (availability and failure etc.) and presentations for Maintenance Management
Perform ad-hoc reports requested by customer
Organize and manage meeting with maintenance team and customer, prepare an action plan based on open items and follow up solutions
Prepare the progress payment report and collect all relevant document from dispatcher team for monthly invoicing
Follow-up the signature process progress payment report within the different customer locations until process is finalized
Inform Maintenance Management Team in case of penalties and set actions to prevent similar issues in the future
Coordinating the invoicing process with Commercial Team and archive all progress payment documents.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s Degree in Electric Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company
Good command of spoken and written English
Good interpersonal and cross-functional communication skill
High level of computer literacy;and advanced level of excel
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial / operational data
Team player, achievement-oriented
What else do I need to know?
Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
No restriction for travelling.
