We seek for ambitious "Service Sales Engineer" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Substation Services in Kartal location in Istanbul with below qualifications;
Regular customer visits, identify their needs and prepare proposals&follow up,
Propose techno-commercial solutions meeting customer requirement,
Proactively seeking out new sales opportunities by developing new and existing relations within accounts and prospects,
Establishing effective business relations with Sales executives, management and technical team members,
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and market plans, monitor and evaluate on market activities and trends,
Prepare market analyses and develop market plans in line with strategy using company tool,
Implement actions to increase the number of the customers,
Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers,
Actively follow up with sales team to achieve business target,
Perform utility market and competitive analysis and inform sales teams of market trends and competitor actions. Monitor competitor activity and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
University degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering,
At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferably in Power Systems
Customer oriented ,good communication skills,
Proactive, aggressive and initiative,
Good planning and organizational skills
Good command of written and spoken Turkish&English,
No obstacle for traveling and have valid driving license,
No military obligation for male candidates.
