About the Role :
We are looking for an Istanbul based Region General Procurement Manager (RGPM) who will be responsible for managing Country Purchasing Activities for GP Categories.
The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below :
Who we are looking for :
University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics
8 years experience in multinational company
Advanced problem solving, analytical and presentation skills
Strong communication and networking skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Turkish
Excellent command of MS Office programs
Should have no restriction for business travels
Main Responsibilities :
Analyze and monitor Market trends, Suppliers concentrations and Disruptive Innovations
Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies according to Category Strategy and guidelines defined at Central Level
Integrate procurement indirect category savings in Region / Country Budget Planning
Execute strategic sourcing activities for Local Categories in line with the Group category management strategy
Support Group Category Manager in executing strategic sourcing activities
Manage implementation of strategic procurement projects
Manage contracts, measure and improve their utilization
Perform local communication on new contracts and Introduce new suppliers
Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers
Build supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time
Manage overall performance of administration activities, ensuring service level and process and policy compliance
Responsible for requiring new suppliers to be added or existing suppliers to be blocked and optimize the Suppliers base
Define and ensure Process Governance involving all relevant stakeholders
Responsible to define and formalize Rwegion / Country Procedures and to guarantee their availability and access on country portal
