YOUR ROLE

  • OverviewingAdhesives Technologies sales operation via assuming responsibility for thePersonal Hygiene Adhesive segment under Industrial Adhesives business unit inorder to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within theresponsible area
  • Coordinatingexisting sales activities for his / her customer portfolio for Personal Hygiene(baby diaper, textile back sheet applications) business unit across his / herregion
  • Developing new business opportunities to increase sales withinresponsible area
  • Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase theprofit, and gain market share
  • Developing and managing projects to fulfill the technical needs of thecustomers in relation with the Personal Hygiene strategies
  • Keeping customers updated with technical information in IndustrialAdhesives areas
  • Managing distributors and improve technical knowledge of thedistributor’s staff
  • Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers incase of business necessities
  • Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
  • Supporting roll-out activities of selected technologies
  • Working align with the Finance, Supply Chain and Production departmentsto ensure best possible services for customers
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • BSc / BA in Business Administration preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other related department
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial sales is an additional asset (Personal Hygiene market know-how is preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • High energy level, result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team player
  • Valid driving license and flexibility for traveling
