We are looking for a high performing Analyst to join our People, Culture and Market Insights team. In this role, the Analyst will be expected to perform market performance analyses using a range of syndicated and non-
syndicated data sources to support the North Africa Middle East & Turkey (NAMET) hub’s initiatives and ensure data accuracy, quality analysis and timely delivery of reports from primary data providers.
Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, Arabic is a plus
Turkish is a must
High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of the following resources : Nielsen syndicated, GFK / Kantar Home panel
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analytics
Proven ability to drive insight into action
Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and work independently
Comfortable working with a team located remotely
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Adaptable in fast-paced environments, while remaining proactive and efficient

Job Description :
Analyze key performance indicators from syndicated & non-syndicated data sources
Connect the dots across data sources to extract patterns and trends and deliver actionable, business-driving recommendations to drive the business
Effectively communicate recommendations to the commercial and management team
Persuade and influence internal teams and the customer to a different perspective through use of compelling data and insights that influence business decisions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential applicability, and recommend integrating them where appropriate
Upload summaries of critical information identified to company database in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal partners and stakeholders to identify emerging needs and business challenges
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, and staying connected to market research being conducted in the Division
Have an understanding of research techniques, methodologies, global standards and the situations in which they are most effectively used
Proactively run and / or follow-up market analysis with recommendation related to specific issues
Able to carry out daily communication with data suppliers and closely follow up issues / requests
