Managing Cloud Services Operations team for providing managed Cloud services
Responsibility for Incident and Request management
Work with vendors to implement new service platforms; RFP and POC scenarios
Simplify existing platforms architecture and remove legacy platforms by creating new design and migration procedures.
Developing and managing partner ecosystem to deliver datacenter / application migration or management process.
Having responsibility to maintain inventory of all managed software and hardware properly.
Opex budget management
University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication or Mathematics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of team management experience
Knowledge in Cloud service providers like Azure, Amazon, etc.
Knowledge Server-Storage-Backup Units hardware systems
Deep knowledge backup and replication softwares
Deep knowledge VMware products
Deep understanding of cloud technologies IaaS SaaS PaaS Multi Cloud Hybrid Cloud
Military service completed (for male candidates)
Very good command of English
Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
