Description

  • The Service Operations administrator is responsible for the alI service and performance activities and is responsible for maintaining and administering the service systems to specific processes within the system organisation Responsibilities - Coordination of all service process and reports to service manager when unable to follow normal process.
  • Administration of service activities in the service systems To provide feedback to the Service Manager any problems, solutions or opportunities which may need.

  • to be communicated to other parties both verbaly or by reports? Install base and configuration Information is kept up to date and is readily available to the business;
  • Communicate to customer to increase customer satisfaction. Processing of customer and service team spares orders Administration of adhoc service and spare parts requests for customers including quotes and invoicing To maintainan up to date knowledge of all Elekta products in the service portfolio and ensure customers are aware of the services provided Administration and coordination of all planned maintenance activities with customers and service team Administration of Field Change Orders ensuring distribution to service engineers with all appropriate documentation.

  • Ensure all service reports are submitted and reviewed within determined timelines. Ensure technical enquiries and escalations are forwarded to the appropriate area within the department Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies - EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE o Proficient English o Strong social relationship skills o Working experience in stressful environments o Good diction and communication by phone o No obstacle for domestic and foreign travels o Graduate from engineering faculty additional local information or n / a University degree Ability to work in a complex and matrix team environment Must have strong English language skills;
  • additional languages would be beneficial Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be Culturally aware Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate compromised solutions when necessary Innovative thinker with sound interpersonal and influencing skills Highly motivated and self-directed with attention to details Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Salesforce skills are plus
