Amazon Turkey is looking for a talented Product Manager. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities and projects that will improve experience of our customers.
In cooperation with our technical teams, define and improve the customer experience for the final customer.
Continuously work to improve the shopping experience for our international customers through customer service improvement initiatives.
Build metrics reports to monitor performance.
The collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
Work with global Amazon business and technology teams to drive Turkey specific projects.
Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to- market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
University degree required ideally in an analytical discipline, e.g. business or engineering;
Vendor Management and buyer experience ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting environment;
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management;
Strong communication skills and an assertive approach, whilst maintaining your ability to be vocally self-critical;
A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality combined with a high desire to work strategically;
Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation;
Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
Turkish language skills;
Experience in Retail / FMCG / E-commerce is a plus;
Cross functional experience, especially finance, marketing or supply chain;
Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus.
