Amazon Turkey is looking for a talented Product Manager. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities and projects that will improve experience of our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • In cooperation with our technical teams, define and improve the customer experience for the final customer.
  • Continuously work to improve the shopping experience for our international customers through customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Build metrics reports to monitor performance.
  • The collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch.
  • Work with global Amazon business and technology teams to drive Turkey specific projects.
  • Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to- market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.

  • University degree required ideally in an analytical discipline, e.g. business or engineering;
  • Vendor Management and buyer experience ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting environment;
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management;
  • Strong communication skills and an assertive approach, whilst maintaining your ability to be vocally self-critical;
  • A business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality combined with a high desire to work strategically;
  • Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation;
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.

  • Turkish language skills;
  • Experience in Retail / FMCG / E-commerce is a plus;
  • Cross functional experience, especially finance, marketing or supply chain;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database work, with experience in SQL as a plus.
